Two baggies of cocaine were found in my client’s vehicle. She was the only person in the vehicle and the car was registered in her name. The cocaine was found in the center console with the rest of her personal belongings. Despite the overwhelming evidence, negotiations and other efforts by my office resulted in the charges being dropped. Case Dismissed!
